Shipping Policy

1. We currently only offer shipping domestically within India. We do not undertake any international shipping orders. Please email us via the contact form if you are interested in a customised international shipping order.

For domestic orders of up to INR 1499, we charge a flat shipping rate of INR 100 per order. For domestic orders over INR 1499 we offer FREE shipping.

2. While we try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible, it takes us about 3 business days (on average) to schedule and handover goods to our shipping partners. In some cases, depending on size of order and stock, it may take longer to process your order, but if this should happen, we will keep you informed by email.

3. To calculate an estimate of how much time it will take you to receive your order, please expect a shipping time of 5 to 7 days in addition to the 3 day order processing period. Shipping times may vary for different products, but we will usually endeavour to send your entire order to you in one package. Therefore, in some cases, there may be a slight delay in shipping the complete order to you.

4. We partner only with reputed shipping and logistics service providers to try and ensure that your order is delivered to you safely. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to governmental regulations, weather conditions. strikes etc.

5. You will receive updates (if opted in) about the status of your order after the items have been shipped and you will be able to track your order using the information so provided thereafter. After the order has been handed over to the shipping partner, the responsibility for transportation and delivery of the package vests exclusively with them.

6. In case there is any discrepancy in respect of status of delivery of an order/package between information provided by you/customer and our relevant shipping/delivery partner, we will rely on the status of delivery/confirmation provided by the shipping/delivery partner.

7. Address change will be accepted only if order has not yet been shipped. There may be an additional shipping charge in such cases, and any further processing of the order would be subject to payment of the same.

8. We do not accept any order cancellations (in whole or part).
