Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1. Return Window

Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) required

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged items (on arrival)
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items delivered

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance / discounted sale items (optional—your choice)
  • Fragile items (glassware, ceramics) unless damaged on delivery

4. Damage Reporting 

For breakables, include this strictly:

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

This protects you from misuse.

5. Refund Policy

  • Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Replacement Option

Customers may choose replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability

7. Return Process

Simple steps:

  1. Email or WhatsApp customer support with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if damaged)
  2. Approval within 1–2 working days
  3. Reverse pickup arranged OR customer ships item

8. Return Shipping

  • Free return shipping for damaged/incorrect items
