1. Return Window
Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) required
2. Eligible Returns
We accept returns for:
- Damaged items (on arrival)
- Defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance / discounted sale items (optional—your choice)
- Fragile items (glassware, ceramics) unless damaged on delivery
4. Damage Reporting
For breakables, include this strictly:
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
This protects you from misuse.
5. Refund Policy
- Approved returns will be refunded within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Replacement Option
Customers may choose replacement instead of refund, subject to stock availability
